My goal as your agent is to best represent you in your goals of getting a home you want.
If you are selling your home, it is my goal to assist you in that sale and get you the price you want.
I spend my spare time learning every day as I know I will never know it all.
On average, I attend a class a week to stay on top of everything I can.
On every transaction there is negotiation.
It is my job and my position to save you money in the transaction and get you the best possible deal.
The art of the deal, is what I enjoy most.
I believe that Real Estate transactions should always require two different agents from two different brokerage firms.
One on the listing side for the Sellers, and one on the purchasing side for the Buyers.
Otherwise, it is a conflict of interest.
I have never represented both sides of a transaction and refuse to do so.
In Real Estate transactions, I represent my clients.
When it comes to Listing a home for sale, I believe that marketing your home to buyers is the best way to sell a house.
I wont make your Living Room my office so that I can find new clients for myself under the guise of "Open House."
When it comes to buying a house, I will show you every home possible that you wish to see so that you can make your own educated decision. Unlike most, I wont take you to see five homes and ask you, "Which one do you want?" Then call it a day.
I believe you should see at least twelve homes to get an idea of what is or isn't, available, or a deal.
I only ask what you like about the homes to get an idea of what you want.
I am NOT the hard sell pushy smarmy salesman.
I have shown 426 homes to clients before they purchased.
On average I show 36 homes per sale.
I have never shown less than 12 homes to a client,...
even though the first home I showed them, is the one they purchased.
I only show homes to actual buyers only. I do not condone or approve of bringing friends, children, or others to see homes for sale. If you were selling a home, you wouldn't want anyone other than serious buyers coming through your home.
I know I am not #1, but I am not #2 either.

Might they only care about being #1 and staying that way even if it costs you?

Get pre approved for a loan first!
That means have them pull your credit and tell them the good , the bad, the ugly about your financial's.
Then they will give you a Pre approval amount.
You can use the larger banks, or Quicken Loans.
Listing agents want the loan from the buyers to be from a "Direct Lender" - source that has funds.
There is a big difference between one Real Estate agent and another.
